Bank Gaborone, a local bank in Botswana, because of financial strains on the country at large Bank Gaborone wanted a solution to get more customers to open savings accounts with them. The challenge was to develop a position and play around saving for goals and getting somewhere in life with Bank Gaborone as a partner.
Badisa Communications developed a holistic digital strategy that included a 360 strategy, and came up with the execution of the savings campaign. For the month of April 2022, Bank Gaborone had a social media awareness campaign for the promotion of their savings accounts, these savings are; the Suresave account, Lebandla account and the Ipeele account.
The brand’s newfound social media strength has allowed it to consistently have short promotions with eager anticipation from its followers, positioning it for further growth and expansion.
